Just days out of rehab it appears Lindsay Lohan is back to her old intoxicated self, stampeding from club to club in a haze of booze and narcotics.

Eye witness reports say Lohan teamed up with the Hilton sisters, Paris and Nicky hitting L.A.'s hottest new club, Winston's in West Hollywood. After Winston's, Lohan and Paris ditched straight laced Nicky before hitting the strip clubs and picking up a couple of guys to shoot an illicit video of the foursome.
