Uber recently declared London the #1 partying city in Canada. This is based on data which shows that London had the highest volume of Uber rides between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., weighted for the number of riders in each city. Interrobang reporter Gracia Espinosa decided to ask Fanshawe students what they think of the results.
Fanshawe defines accessibility as “making our information, services, and environment available to as many people as possible.” That includes students with special needs like Alan Kalash, a person with vision impairment. Kalash graduated from the Human Services Foundation program and is now studying business at Fanshawe. He has big plans for when he completes his studies.
On Sept. 29, Fanshawe College recognized The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with a barbeque and the wearing of orange shirts.
Following the rules has never been so delicious. Academic integrity is a fundamental part of the Fanshawe community. Fanshawe offers several services to prevent plagiarism and to cite papers correctly.
From Sept. 9 to Oct. 7, Fanshawe grad and former Interrobang illustrator is presenting his first solo art exhibition at Good Sport Studio. Reporter Sarah Abukarsh stopped by the space to learn more about Ian’s process and what he hopes to convey with his exhibit.
David Strauzz is the Londoner behind this painting on the north wall of the Benz Gallery, located at 1038 Adelaide St. N. The mural pays tribute to everyone who moved to this city looking for a better life, just as his parents did in the 1970s.
