Is London really Canada’s best party city?

Uber recently declared London the #1 partying city in Canada. This is based on data which shows that London had the highest volume of Uber rides between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., weighted for the number of riders in each city. Interrobang reporter Gracia Espinosa decided to ask Fanshawe students what they think of the results.

Alan Kalash on navigating Fanshawe with vision impairment

Fanshawe defines accessibility as “making our information, services, and environment available to as many people as possible.” That includes students with special needs like Alan Kalash, a person with vision impairment. Kalash graduated from the Human Services Foundation program and is now studying business at Fanshawe. He has big plans for when he completes his studies.

On Sept. 29, Fanshawe College recognized The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with a barbeque and the wearing of orange shirts.

Mural pays tribute to London’s migrant community

David Strauzz is the Londoner behind this painting on the north wall of the Benz Gallery, located at 1038 Adelaide St. N. The mural pays tribute to everyone who moved to this city looking for a better life, just as his parents did in the 1970s.
