International Business student Jesus Lagunas, comes to Fanshawe from Mexico City. He has been in Canada for one year and has a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.

1. Why are you here?
To experience the sensation of studying in another country with a different culture!

2. What was your life changing moment?
The day I decided to leave my country.

3. What music are you currently listening to?
A weird mix, Jamiroquai, Genesis, T.I and some house by Erik Prydz


4. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Never say “Never.”

5. Who is your role model?
Carlos Slim.

6. Where in the world have you traveled?
All Mexico, in Canada Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, in the States to New York City, Buffalo and to Italy, France and Spain.

7. What was your first job?
Health and Safety Coordinator at CEMEX (a cement company in Mexico).

8. What would your last meal be?
Tacos and a chocolate cake with vanilla ice-cream.

9. What makes you uneasy?
When people lie.

10. What is your passion?
Music and movies.
