What's your favourite NBA team?
Phoenix Suns

What's the best thing about playing basketball?
It's almost like your second family: We are a close-knit family and playing and winning.

What NBA star would you want to be?
Lebron James. He is the best at what he does.

What's your favourite meal before a game?
Salad, a Greek salad. Nothing too heavy.

What's your motivation?
This is my last year; there are a lot of returning players that want the same thing. To win. The team before us won Nationals, and we want to.

What is the team lacking?
Fire from the start. Being fierce from the beginning to end of a game.

Best quality about the team?
No egos. Once you step on the court, your no better than your team mate beside you.

Your most memorable moment?
When we won the tournament in October.

Who's the hardest team to beat?
So far, St. Lawrence. They are a competitive team. We look forward to playing Sheridan because they are our biggest rivals and returning champions.

What are your future goals?
Getting into commercial insurance writing. I'll still be playing, but I gotta start taking things seriously. Basketball can only take you so far. I'll probably start coaching; I wouldn't mind coming back here and helping them.

How much time do you dedicate to basketball?
Seven days a week. At least two-three hours a day. Plus another hour of lifting. Balancing school and basketball gets challenging but you have to show the younger players how to do it.

Do you have any other hobbies?
I play poker a lot. It's how I pay for my tuition. I like to read. Right now I'm reading Seven Seconds or Less.

How long have you been playing basketball?
Since I was 10-years-old. One day, my dad turned on a game and the Suns were playing. I fell in love with it right from the start.

Do you have any special talents?
I'm really good at drawing, and I play the piano. Nobody knows about that.

What is your worst team experience?
There's not that many bad experiences. Getting third in OCAA. I can't complain about anything on this team.

What is your favourite thing about the coach?
His honesty towards us; never sugar-coating. His sense of humour when it comes to mistakes. He's a great coach.

What is your funniest memory?
When Mike King dunked on Brad Smith from Western. Basically he dunked on his head so bad, it made us smile, even the coaches. We were in disbelief.

How does the team celebrate?
We go into the locker room, and try to get each other hyped up. We keep it in the locker room. After that it's done with to keep us focused.
