Funshawe's fall grad ceremonies took an unexpected twist when Rickey Chaser pulled out a bottle of vodka and began to drink during commencement ceremonies. Students and college officials were aghast as Chaser swilled booze throughout the ceremony, and belched loudly during a video screening of Londoner, and now Hollywood award winning writer, Paul Haggis receiving an honorary diploma from the college. While being duly obnoxious to those around him during the ceremony, things turned further bizarre when Chaser was on stage to receive his diploma. After receiving his diploma, Chaser grabbed the mic and began spewing venom saying, “I'm part of the eight per cent that doesn't find a job after graduating. Instead I get to live in my parents basement and drink booze and do drugs like I was still in school while the other 92 per cent of you a-holes find jobs. Screw you and screw your diploma.”
