Fanshawe College student Jefferson Palmer waxed a heart into his back hair during his reading week stay in Florida. Palmer became smitten with a southern belle who was into teddy bears, when he decided to proclaim his love for her in an unusual way. However, the southern charmer turned out to be more vixen than lady, putting a halt to the fling because she didn't like the feel of his bare back in bed.
