I like how the team can be competitors on the court and go out for drinks after and be buddies.” Likes about Fanshawe: “I like how it feels like a college not another high school. Also I like how we have so many sports. Soccer, Basketball, volleyball, Cross-Country and Badminton.” About winning gold on January 14: “I feel good about my performance. Being able to take a doubles crown is great. Joe Game played amazing in our doubles match where we played like a real team although it was our first time playing together. I was really happy in taking the singles I wanted to show that I was still number one in Ontario.” Where he sees himself in five years: “ I see myself in a nice job and still playing a high competitions in Badminton” |

Every member of the team comes from a different walk of life, belongs to a different “clique” outside of the team, but when we get together somehow we're just one big group of friends.” Likes about Fanshawe: “Fanshawe over the past three years has become my home. I like it here because with both programs I was in all the instructors, and the people were welcoming. The school is not a school...its home.” About winning gold on January 14: “I cannot take full credit for the win ... Both of my partners, Joe Game and Jayme Sky, were awesome. It was a team effort; everyone on the team shares this win.” Where he sees himself in five years: “A graduate twice over from Fanshawe ... hopefully engaged, getting ready to travel and see the world.” |
