Kids Day of Halloween Fun
FSU Children's Halloween Party - Saturday, October 28
The 15 Annual Children's Halloween Party is scheduled for Saturday, October 28 in the Alumni Lounge, FSU Student Centre from 1p.m. until 3p.m.
Student volunteers from the Fanshawe Activities Board (FAB) have been planning this event for the past few weeks. We are inviting Fanshawe students and staff who have children between two and nine-years-old to participate in this fun event, but please register in advance at the Biz Booth. Registration closes at 2p.m. on Friday, October 27.
The students will decorate Alumni Lounge for the day and there will be pumpkins from the previous day's carving contest on display. The rest of the afternoon consists of games, cartoons and activities, free punch, costume judging (everyone wins), a children's performer, plus as the children leave we will hand them a free candy bag to take home, so they will be wired for fun the rest of the day. Registration, which is limited to 60 children, is only $2 per child and begins today at the Biz Booth.
Note: parents are welcome to attend and children under the age of seven must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We will be serving free coffee and soft drinks for the parents. We hope you can bring your children and some of their friends to one of the FSU's favourite community activities.
