		Welcome to Funshawe, my name is Melissa Smart and I am your Fanshawe Student Union President (FSU). I am a graduate of the Horticulture Technician program. Coming to London for school was a difficult decision. I came from a small town called Stouffville, a major difference from London. I was nervous, but living in residence and having access to the events hosted by the FSU made the transition much easier. After my 1st year, I decided I wanted to become a part of helping other students feel as comfortable here at Fanshawe as I did. So I became part of the FSU. Our door is open; I encourage students to get involved with our Student Administrative Council, join or start a club and to come to our events. Come meet our team; we offer many helpful services and can point you in the right directions. Student life on campus is our specialty, we offer something for everyone. 		Hey Fanshawe, my name is Christine Thomson and I am your 2005-2006 VP Internal Affairs. Currently, I am enrolled in the Office Administration-Executive program in my 2nd year. My duties in the Student Union include organizing Shinerama, a campus wide event that supports Cystic Fibrosis research. I also oversee awareness weeks on campus, manage the recognized clubs, act as a liaison between the main and area campuses, work on SAC elections, and organize all class representatives. 		Welcome to all students here at Fanshawe College. My name is Rajah Mayers and I am your Vice President Athletics for the 2005 - 2006 year. I am currently enrolled in Business Marketing and hope to one day own my own business. My plans for this year are to help athletic students get more money through athletic bursaries and to work on athletic entrance. I, along with the staff of the Athletic Department, am taking on the responsibility of managing your activities and for meeting the needs of athletic students on campus. I strongly encourage all students to participate in any of our intramural and varsity sports. I welcome all students who are interested in becoming athletes or have athletic skills to feel comfortable to approach me at any time with any concerns or problems. 		Hi, my name is Michael Kokich. I am currently enrolled in the Music Industry Arts program. For your information, I come from a musical family, have a passion for all styles of music and entertainment, and have traveled to many concerts and Music Festivals across Canada and the United States. I also play the bass guitar, and I am currently learning how to play the drums, the didgeridoo and the ukulele. I am personable, approachable and service-oriented. I also have strong organizational and public relations skills, and enjoy meeting new people everyday. I'm very excited to meet all the students who are interested in joining FAB (Fanshawe Activity Board).
