Break, Enter and Theft
Elgin County OPP is investigating a break, enter and theft at Krebsz Jewellery and Gifts, 172 Main St,. West Lorne. At around 6:00 am, March 3, 2006, two males in a dark grey or black Jeep cut the lock on a steel gate, then broke the glass in the front door to gain entry. One entered the store while the other remained outside as the lookout. The suspect inside broke two display cases and stole a quantity of men's jerellery including watches and bracelets.
They fled the scene driving south on Graham Road toward Eagle.
Three weeks earlier, an attempt was made to break into the same business.
