Join fellow believers on August 25 as they participate in the 2012 Prayer Fest and the March For Jesus Parade. Event organizers said they “call upon Christians throughout our city to join Prayer Fest in prayer for our leaders and for the restoration of our Freedom of Conscience and Religion — which is protected in the laws and customs of Canada. Prayer is the ultimate source of our strength, for without God, we can do nothing; but with God, all things are possible.”

In addition to Prayer Fest, there will also the March For Jesus Parade that will take place along Dundas Street. The March will take place at 9:00 a.m. on August 25, beginning at the Beal Secondary School parking lot at the corner of William & King Streets.

After Prayer Fest, the Southwestern Ontario Festival of Christianity will begin at Victoria Park. There will be praise, worship, a free barbeque and much more.
