Cackles, chuckles, guffaws and snorts in store for London

The legendary Just For Laughs Group is known for hilarious comedy tours, television shows and live comedy, some of which has included celebrities such as Jerry Seinfeld, Jeremy Hotz, Louis C.K. and Steve Martin. Founded in 1983 in Montreal, Just for Laughs has continued to grow with offices in Montreal, Toronto, Paris, Los Angeles and London.

On November 2, the Capital One Just For Laughs Comedy Tour is coming to London's Centennial Hall. For the first time ever, Just For Laughs is doing a British edition of the tour. Opening act Abandoman is a hilarious musical sketch group that performs songs based on audience requests. The show also features Matt Kirshen (a finalist on Last Comic Standing), Stephen K. Amos, Hal Cruttenden (appearing only until November 5), Terry Alderton and Sean Meo.

The tour kicked off on October 24 in St. John's, Newfoundland and travels across the country, ending on November 20 in Victoria, British Columbia.

"Some of comedy's best talent comes from the United Kingdom. Therefore, we have put together a line up featuring some of the hottest acts from the U.K. scene who will be introduced by one of Canada's funniest comedians, Steve Patterson," said Christine Melko, Just For Laughs Vice President of Operations.

Tickets are available at centennialhall.london.ca or at the Centennial Hall box office at 550 Wellington St.
