Dedication is another key aspect to success. Each player has to be dedicated to success and willing to do whatever it will take. Win or lose dedication to the game is important.

Chemistry is the single most important thing to achieve. Since this team is so young and full of rookies, chemistry will be key for them to reach their full potential. The guy's aren't lacking skill with solid point guards to centre men, the Falcons have all the right tools to reach this.
