FSU spreading the word in cyberspace

Not only does the Fanshawe Student Union keep you informed about news and events through this great publication called the Interrobang, but we are all over this new fangled “Internet” thingy spreading the word as well. Here is a look at the various online tools you can utilize to stay informed regarding what the FSU has planned for you.

FSU.ca
This is the most obvious way to stay up to date with FSU happenings. The website is updated several times a day, and features an events calendar listing nearly all of our events. To access the events calendar, visit www.fsu.ca, and click on the calendar tab at the top of the page underneath the FSU logo. There you will find all the pertinent details about events scheduled this semester.

Facebook
The FSU has had a Facebook profile for a few years now, and is always looking for new friends. We post photos from our night time events a few times each week, and also use Facebook to let you know about our latest prize giveaways, and important Fanshawe student-related news bulletins as they come up. To become best friends forever with the FSU profile, head to www.facebook.com/fsu.ca

We also have Facebook groups setup for the Fanshawe Student Union and the Interrobang, so do a search for them to join.

Twitter
We just recently hopped on the Twitter bandwagon. A few times a day the FSU will send out tweets informing you of the day's events, on sale info for the Biz Booth, and new material on the FSU website. So head over to www.twitter.com/fanshawesu to follow us. If you are reading this before Saturday, September 26, finish the sentence “You know you're a student on a budget when...” and send it to our Twitter account (@FANSHAWESU), and you can win a $250 Amazon gift card courtesy of the Interrobang and RedFlagDeals.com.

E-mail Newsletter
Once a week (usually on Saturdays), the FSU sends out an electronic newsletter letting you know all the fun (and sometimes important) things that are scheduled for the coming week. So if you want this info conveniently sent to your inbox, visit www.fsu.ca and click on the e-mail newsletter sign-up link found in the left side navigation.
