First year travel and tourism student, Haley Lyons, is 26 years old and is enjoying being a student again, after a few years of working and travelling over seas. She believes in trying anything once, living life to the fullest and that the biggest regrets in life aren't what you did, rather what you wish you could have done.

1. Why are you here?
To turn my passion for travel into my career.

2. What was your life changing moment?
Moving to the other side of the world with a backpack, a work visa and $500 in my pocket.

3. What music are you currently listening to?
Pearl Jam or the Dave Matthews Band.

4. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
“Get amongst it.”

My Poppa.

6. Where in the world have you traveled?
Cuba, Thailand, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Italy, Greece, the USA.

7. What was your first job?
Delivery person for a pharmacy

8. What would your last meal be?
A nice Thai red curry.

9. What makes you uneasy?
The thought of getting ‘stuck' in a boring job.

10. What is your passion?
Adventure, adrenaline and experiencing different places and cultures.
