Jessie Jones is a first-year culinary management student, who also works full-time. She has have been teaching herself how to play the fiddle and has been playing guitar for six years alone and with her band, Too Much Unsaid.

Jessie also takes Spanish on the side and loves to paint, draw and cook, and one day plans on opening my own restaurant in London.

1. What is something about you that most people don't know?
I hitched the big yellow bus when I was three by stealing some random kid's lunch box, and pretended I was a student.

2. If you were on a deserted island and could only bring one item or person with you, what would it be?
My guitar.

3. What is your greatest indulgence?
Music, art and writing.

“Under the Umbrella Tree.”

6. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

My mom and brother.

8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose to live?
It doesn't matter, as long as I can call it home.

9. What was your first job?
I was 13, I worked in a jewelery shop with a crazy lady that wore glasses with no lenses.

10. What is your dream job?
To be a full-time musician, touring the world and playing my music.

11. What would your last meal be?
Mashed potatoes with fried chicken -- with all the skin and fat left on.

12. What stresses you out?
My neighbours.

13. Do you consider yourself a risk taker? If so, what is the biggest risk you've taken?
I feel like I am taking a risk every time I pass a Truck on the 401.

14. If you could foresee the outcome of one event or moment in your life, what would it be?
Does marriage really change a relationship?

15. What is your favourite drink?
Rye and water with a slice of lime.

16. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Nada. I think I am pretty cool.

17. What actor would you choose to play you in a movie?
Keira Knightley or Winona Ryder - she was great in the movie, ‘Girl, Interrupted'.

1. Continued happiness.

I was last seen on vacation in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic - One year ago March.
