Hoping to alleviate the fears of Londoners and the surrounding area, his highness, mayor of the Big Smoke and wannabe environmentalist, Darth Hiller, is proposing that after T.O. trucks tonnes and tonnes of garbage into the area, that the over stuffed landfill site be beautified with trees and greenery planted over top the trash. London mayor Donnie Marie wasn't enthused about the plan, barking that the whole process needs to be reviewed, again and again.
