The International Pathways Fair is a chance for students to discover global education opportunities.

On Nov. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the F Hallway, students at Fanshawe’s Oxford St. campus can discover overseas options to further your education and gain experience at the International Pathways Fair. A second International Pathways Fair will also be held at Fanshawe’s downtown campus (LDB) on the second floor of LDB from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The International Pathways Fair helps students explore pathways to degrees, transfers, and more, giving them the opportunity to connect with reps from Fanshawe College and partner schools abroad.

“It’s a one-stop shop for students to learn about and compare all the different opportunities in one space,” said Pathways Coordinator, Gabriela Kongkham-Fernandez.

The Fanshawe College Student Success and Here For You logos are shown. A young person is shown sitting at a desk reading. Text states: Exam time can feel overwhelming. Let us help you succeed. We are here for you.

Fanshawe College collaborates with partner schools in Ireland, the UK, Australia, and the US that allow students to pursue a degree or graduate study after completing your program at Fanshawe.

Each country features institutions with their own strengths, specialties and cultural insights. Collectively, these countries provide a high academic standard that can enhance your qualifications and career prospects. All partner schools are OSAP-approved and offer scholarships or tuition discounts for Fanshawe students.

“We’re mindful that travelling abroad is an opportunity that not every student is able to take advantage of because of the time and the cost and everything else that comes with it,” Kongkham-Fernandez said. “But through the partnerships we have developed, we want our students to know that there are benefits. We want our students to be aware of these options and take advantage of them when they can.”

If you’re interested in broadening your horizons, gaining new perspectives and developing cross-cultural communication skills, don’t miss this opportunity to explore what Fanshawe’s partner schools overseas have to offer.
