I enjoy creating works that remind me of my dreams, literally and metaphorically. I have recently been experimenting with colour in my digital works, so I can depict different skin tones accurately. This work was a colour study where I aimed to blend the skin tones in a way that gives off a sense of radiance. The glow this person feels, is my representation of confidence in your inner and outer beauty. It is a reminder to search for the intrinsic peace we have when we don’t allow our thoughts to weigh us down completely. I aim to make art that spreads hope to others and reminds them of the simpler pleasures in life.
