Greetings and salutations, Fanshawe community and beyond. Welcome to another action- packed issue of Interrobang.

The Geek issue is, by tradition, a favourite for our writers. This is when I throw all caution to the wind and encourage Interrobang’s talented staff to express their love for their personal passions — nothing is too geeky to pass up. Subsequently, you’ll find musings on Pokémon, anime, online mysteries, rap, video games, books, theatre, J-fashion, cosplay and fantasy football. Enjoy.

News coverage this week includes an announcement on the FSU Election results, a recap of the South Campus’s grand opening, and an overview of last week’s Wet’suwet’en solidarity protest in Downtown London.

Opinion includes the latest instalment of our Ask a Prof advice column series, a recent graduate’s insight into life after college, and an examination of what ancient human stories can teach us about today’s society. There’s also a geek-themed exploration weighing the pros and cons of subbed and dubbed anime.

You’ll find a plethora of even more geek-themed content in lifestyles, as well as reporter Ilhan Aden’s investigation into life in student residence.

Finally, in sports we have the latest on the Falcons’ men’s and women’s volleyball teams, and the women’s basketball team.

The term is rapidly speeding to the finish line, so thank you very much for taking the time to read your peers’ hard-rendered words. Interrobang loves you. Be sure to keep tabs on us on the socials, too.

And so it goes,

Angela McInnes
