Cross Country
Heading into their final few weeks of the season, the Falcon Cross Country team has been going strong as the men's team came in second at the Redeemer Invitational Cross Country Race and the Women's Team coming in fifth. On Thursday, October 5th the Falcons head into the Mustang Open Cross Country Meet at Gibbons Park here in London.
Ashley VanderVecht
Ashley is in her first year at Fanshawe in the Police Foundations program. Her nine years experience in Cross Country will certainly come in handy when chasing down criminals after she graduates!
Currently, Ashley is involved in Track and Field for the Woodstock Legion Track Club and in her spare time enjoys swimming, biking, watching movies, shopping and hanging with her friends.
Ben Ntambara
Originally from London, Ben came to Fanshawe after graduating from G.A. Wheable.
In his first year in Computer System Technology, Ntambara joined the Fanshawe Falcon Men's Cross Country team. This is the first time Ntambara has participated on a team, but has been running on his own for about three years. When not running for the Falcons, Ben plays soccer and basketball on his own time. He enjoys watching sports, playing video games and seeing movies whenever he gets a chance.
