How are you feeling about student health services?

For the next few weeks students who have used the services in the medical clinic an encouraged to take the brief health services survey. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Students can participate in the survey through April 6.

The goal of the survey is to understand levels of student satisfaction with the services provided in the clinic. The desire in creating the survey was to design it in such a manner that it could be repeated in the future.

“We are looking to develop a baseline of where students feel the service is today,” said Robert Kitchen, senior manager of Student Academic Success services. “Generally we think we will get positive feedback, but it is important to hear from students in the event there are areas we can improve the services provided by the medical clinic.”

He says he would like to improve gaps in services identified in the survey.

The survey is intended to only look at the services provided in the Fowler Kennedy Clinic. It is not intended to solicit feedback on the FSU health plan or the pharmacy.

The survey can be found at the top of the health services web page at www.fanshawec.ca/healthservices.
