Health Habit of the Week: No fat when getting fit?

Q. Is there such a thing as healthy fats?

A. You should avoid trans fats, which are found in processed or deep-fried foods. Healthier fats include polyunsaturated fats, which can be found in fish and nuts. These fats help lower the risk of heart attacks and some may help decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease.
