Men's Basketball
Despite finishing first in the OCAA West division with a 11-3 record the Fanshawe Falcon men's basketball team fell short at the 2006 OCAA championships. Fanshawe lost to the eventual champion Humber College 82-80 in the quarter finals. Leading the team this season with 18.4 points per game Pat Sewell, who was named an OCAA West region First Team All-Star. Adrian Pytka, the teams second leading scorer averagin 14.4 points per game, was named to the OCAA West region All-Star Second Team.

Women's Basketball
After beginning the season strong, the Fanhsawe Falcon Women's basketball team was struck with the injury bug and ended there season with a 79-62 playoff loss to Georgian College.

Injured for part of the season and limited to only seven games, Jessica Finlay led the Falcons in scoring with 15.1 points per game. Kristan Bolianatz was named to the OCAA West region All-Star Second Team.

Men's Volleyball
The Fanshawe Falcon Men's Volleyball team finished first in the OCAA West division in the regular season but could not repeat that success in the OCAA championships. The Falcons were upset by Georgian College in the first game of the OCAA playoffs (3-2) and later lost to Algonquin College (3-1) officially knocking them out of the tournament. Justin Guerin was named the OCAA Rookie of the Year and also led the OCAA West division in scoring with 4.24 PPG. Fanshawe's Pawel Kucharski and Justin McGrath were named to the OCAA West All-Star First Team and Kyle Brady was selected to the second team.

Women's Volleyball
After winning their opening game in the OCAA championship 3-1 over Georgian College, the Falcons dropped their next two games 3-0 to both Humber and Mohawk College. Katie Seys was named the OCAA Rookie of the Year and also was selected to the OCAA All-Star First Team.
