Sunday evening mischief as four bands perform at The Brass

Excited for the weekend?

This Sunday, November 27 is a feast of a show with four bands pulling the shots at The Brass at 186 King St. Be prepared for a little indie-pop, hardcore and folksy rock to fill the room and light up the night.

Headlining the show is Marine Dreams: a Sackville, New Brunswick band with an indie-pop flavour. Deathwish Records' hardcore band, Single Mothers, and Schizophrenic Records' punk band, TV Freaks, follow afterward. Closing the night is London's brightest folk rock band, Neon Cowboy.

Single Mothers is known as a strong rock and roll force in London due to their wild and intense live shows. They will be releasing a new album through Deathwish Records in early 2012 and will begin a short Canadian tour with California's Touche Amore.

TV Freaks is a garage punk rock band that has just recently signed to Hamilton's Schizophrenic Records and is releasing a debut self-titled record to be released before the new year.

Neon Cowboy shines with their beautiful three-part harmonies and folk rock and roll. Their set with Teenage Kicks at Call the Office in October gained them solid momentum, and they are ready to deliver an equally memorable evening.

The show begins at 9 p.m and costs $5 at The Brass on November 27.
