Christmas present nostalga leads to great website finds

Garbage Pail Kids Archive -http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Station/9622/- Remember these things? I actually received a pack from my sister at Christmas time…but I forgot all about them with all the other clutter. Now that I found where I put them, I remember all the laughter from my youth when looking at these things. Some of them were gross back then and they still are today, but lets forget about that horrible movie they made about the GPKs back in the ‘80's. This site features archived pics, links and info on how to rekindle that nostalgia and buy truck loads of Garbage Pail Kids cards. Have fun…but bring a barf bag and some tissues.

Cracked magazine - http://www.crackedmag.com/ - While we're on the subject of nostalgia, remember this magazine? I used to buy this religiously…I actually liked it more than Mad! I mean, Mad magazine (www.madmag.com) is an excellent magazine as well, but there was a bond between me and Cracked. This site has lots of stuff about the magazine (current and past issues). Hmm, now I may actually go on eBay and buy a shitload of these things again. Remember when every issue of Cracked and Mad were “special collector's editions?” Hahahhahahaha!

Spy vs. Spy - http://www.angelfire.com/hi/SpyVsSpy/ - One of the coolest features of Mad magazine was the cartoon “Spy vs. Spy.” It was great every month (and each week on Mad TV) to see what the Black Spy was going to do to foil the White Spy and vice versa. This site has some info and comics as well as some pics from that great Spy vs. Spy video game that was on the Commodore 64 (damn, I guess I'm really showing my age now).

Japanese Grocery Store SUPERCAM - http://222.151.39.66:60001/ViewerFrame?Mode=Motion&Resolution=640x480&Quality=Motion&Interval=30&Size=STD&PresetOperation=Move&Language=0 — I know it's a long thing to type in, but my buddy showed me this during New Years. It is live camera feed that let's you watch what happens in a Japanese grocery store. You can pan around and listen to the fun. Oh…the web is so useful!
