Letter of the Week: Quality of life, not right to life, highlighted in recent newspaper ad

Last weeks Interrobang contained an ad for London's “Right to Life”. For those of you who missed it or don't remember, let me summarize. The ad read as follows. “I will take my first breath, I will play little league, I will go to my prom, I will graduate from college...or maybe I won't.  It's your choice.”  In response to this ridiculous attack I would like to say the following. “She may graduate from High School, She may get a career, she may get married, she may raise a good family, she may not. It's HER choice”.

Thank you.
Leigh Cooney

p.s. She may also have three kids by the time she is 23 and live in a Salvation Army rooming house, and throw her three kids off a bridge in a pathetic last attempt.
