Look to the web for London links

After hours of stumbling across web pages or web tools I thought I might as well share those special sites that I just can't keep to myself. Some issues will have some great links, some won't have any…so when you see them in this paper, you know that you're going to have to take my word and check them out. This issue I'm going to list a couple of sites that may help you in London

London's Official Site
www.london.ca
This site was a blessing when I first moved to this city. I still use it to this day, but mostly for it's interactive map where you can easily find any spot in London and see the best ways of getting there. This site has so much information about the city and its events so it may take you a little while to sort through what you may find useful.

Fanshawe Student Union
www.fsu.on.ca
Yes, this one may be a little obvious but this is your one stop shop for all the latest info about what's happening around Fanshawe. You can also check out the Interrobang online when you can't get enough of this wonderful paper (and want to read all my past articles). The Interrobang website has a new look and you can now comment on any of the articles that you read.

My Gig List
www.mygiglist.com
This is a great site for entertainment in the London area, as well as an excellent way for musicians to find each other. New London musicians (or those looking for something new — ahem) can post in the classified sections while music lovers can get links to see the events from all of London's hot spots. New Londoners should definitely bookmark this one.

G4 Tech TV
www.g4techtv.ca
I love this channel and if you're new to London and Rogers Cable, get this station. There are so many cool and informative shows on here. You can browse all the show's individual sites, get show notes and subscribe to daily newsletters featuring all the coolest crap from all the shows. If you like gaming or technology and can't spring the $3-or-so a month to get this channel (if you're a digital cable subscriber), then I feel bad…but then I'll watch this channel and feel happy. If you love podcasts, make sure to subscribe to the “Attack of the Show.”
