From The Editor: Orientation issue

Dear readers,

Welcome to the first issue of Volume 57 of Interrobang.

With the start of a new school year comes a new era of Interrobang. If you’re just starting your journey at Fanshawe, welcome! If you’re a returning student, and a frequent reader of Interrobang, you know the drill. Interrobang is your student voice, the only source for independent, community-focused campus news.

Accurate student news is the lifeblood of an informed student body. Since the 1970s, the student newspaper at Fanshawe College has been a trusted source of information, offering students a space to voice their concerns, share their successes, and speak truth to power. In a world of disinformation, a reliable student newspaper is essential.

That’s why we are so proud to bring you this publication, both in print and online.

We strive to cover the stories that matter most to you, and to make sure your student newspaper reflects your interests. I encourage you to reach out to me any time with story tips, suggestions, and opinions, or just to say hello. I am here to listen, and to ensure this publication always evolves to meet the times.

Here’s to an amazing year, and all the amazing stories just waiting to happen.

Sincerely,

Hannah Theodore
