Top ten movies to watch this Halloween

With so many scary movies out there it's hard to find the right one for Halloween, I've narrowed it down and here's what I've come up with.

10. Interview with the Vampire
A Vampire tells a reporter his life story and about the life of vampires today. This is a twisted movie but a good watch for the Halloween season.

9. The Nightmare before Christmas
This is a 3D animation movie, taking place in a strange world of mystery and horror. This is a good movie to watch with a younger family member but is still good for the older viewer.

8. I Know What You Did Last SummerIn this movie a group of teens are driving drunk when they hit a pedestrian, decide hide his body and make a pact to never talk about it again. The next year on the anniversary of that day they start getting stalked by a murderous phantom. This is the modern age Halloween classic and set the Bench mark for Slasher films everywhere.

7. Scary Movie
This is a hilarious spoof on all scary movies of the time, its fun and gives the viewer a hearty chuckle. Check it out if you haven't already.

6. The Ring
A movie is in circulation that will kill anyone who watches it after 7 days, a woman sets out to find out how to prevent her and her son from being inevitably killed from this cursed film. This movie will make your hair stand up, copied by a Japanese film that is apparently 10 times as graphic it makes for a great Halloween rental.

5. The Goonies
A group of kids calling themselves ‘the goonies' set out on a search for lost pirate gold, and end up on an insane adventure through booby trapped underground caves while being chased by a trio of ridiculous criminals. This is a clean wholesome movie fit for everyone with lots of laughs and adventure.

4. Silence of the Lambs
A young FBI trainee finds herself on the hunt for a dangerous psychopathic murderer and the only one who can help is another convicted psychopathic murderer —Dr. Hannibal ‘the cannibal' Lector. This is a phenomenal movie and a classic of our time. If you haven't seen this movie I don't know what's taken you so long.

3. 28 Days Later
In this movie a man wakes up from a coma after being out for - you guessed it for 28 days, to find England completely overwhelmed by Zombies. He now has to fight his way off the Island with a small group of other people who have not yet been bitten. The makers of the movie actually blocked off the London Bridge, Piccidilly Circus and many other internationally known sites in London for only a matter of minutes to take an unreal depiction of a desolate London.

2. Idle Hands
A young burnout has his hand possessed and finds himself uncontrollably murdering his parents, and best friends. When his best friends decide not to go to heaven they set out to stop his hand from murdering the sexy girl next door. This is a great movie for college students it is laugh out loud funny, violent and staring actress Jessica Alba could kill a man. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

1. Shaun of the Dead
This is one of the best movies ever made. A very unmindful protagonist can't seem to figure out that the world has turned into Zombies around him. A movie as funny as this and can still scare you at the same time shows the work of true brilliance. See this movie, you'll love it.
