Ask the Sex Doc: Sex Doc has all the answers for Fanshawe's ‘DJ Jizzy'

Dear Sex Doc;
I was wondering if there was anyway a man can increase the volume of his jizz? I want to be able to shoot a high volume every time I have sex with my girlfriend, but find with the frequency of sex my jizz load seems to diminish and sex is less satisfying. If I go a month without the volume is there, but three consecutive days and I am barely spewing a dribble. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Dear Fanshawe's DJ Jizzy;
First of all, you'd better ask your girlfriend if she even likes having your boy juice sprayed all over her. It might tickle her fancy, but many chicks don't dig being used as a cum rag.

When it comes to male ejaculation, every guy is different. The force and amount of spunk differs between all the dudes, but the average load is about two to five milliliters. If you're a goop master, or if you haven't emptied your prostate in the last 12 months, you might be able to release a 15-milliliter jizz-bomb. But, that's an awful big load.

And, you're right DJ Jizzy, ejaculatory volume is mostly affected by the time between cleaning the pipes. But, it is also affected by the stimulation leading up to orgasm. If you're super turned on for a really long time, you'll shoot a bigger load.

There are no lotions, potions, or pills that can increase the quantity of your spunk. However, there are a few tricks of the sexological trade that can give guys more juice.

When a guy has an orgasm he has contractions every 0.8th of a second. Male orgasms typically last for 10 to 13 seconds (women's last for 13 to 51). The stronger a dude's contraction, the more spunk is released.

To facilitate this, guys should be doing kegel exercises to strengthen the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle involved in orgasm. Kegels give guys harder erections, better orgasm control, and reduce the chance of incontinence later on in life. You don't want to spontaneously start pissing yourself in front of your friends, do you?

So guys, the next time you're taking a leak stop the flow midway. The PC muscle (which you clinch to stop the flow of urination) is the same one you clinch to do kegel exercises. Once you figure this out, you should do kegels daily just like you workout your biceps. Do a set of 30 every time you brush your teeth.

Another trick to increase your love liquid is to stimulate the prostate gland. The prostate (also referred to as the male G-Spot, A-Spot or P-Spot) contains 90 per cent of the fluid contained in semen. Many men find that stimulating this gland increases their load. So DJ Jizzy, if you're willing to experiment (and by the way, lots of straight guys do) you'll find your load increases.

To stimulate the prostate gland, insert a well lubricated finger (or anal toy) into the rectum about two inches in at a 45-degree angle. The prostate has a number of nerve endings, which are very arousing when stimulated.

To be honest DJ Jizzy, it is probably best not to be too concerned with the volume of your jizz. Men put too much pressure on themselves to be hung down to their knees, to have egg-sized balls, or to shoot an Olympic sized pool of cum. Be happy with your body and the fact that you're getting some in college. Lots of guys aren't.

Dear Sex Doc;
I'm on the pill and had the stomach flu last week. Is the birth control pill still effective if I'm throwing up?

Dear Sick n' Worried at Keyano College;
It is NOT as effective if you are upchucking. If a woman hurls shortly after taking the pill it will not have time to be dissolved into the blood stream. Therefore, it is just like not taking a pill at all. Because of this, you might release a little egg and if one of his little soldiers reaches it, you might be prego. Whenever you ralph while taking the birth control pill it is ALWAYS recommended to use condoms as a back-up method to reduce the chances of getting pregnant.

There are many things that affect the effectiveness of the pill including, antibiotics, antihistamines, antacids, and many other medications. You should always consult with your doctor to determine if a certain pharmaceutical product will affect the birth control pill.

Oral contraceptives are 99.7 per cent effective against pregnancy with perfect use and between 92 per cent and 98 per cent effective against pregnancy with typical use. Further, the pill DOES NOT protect against STIs, therefore, condoms should also be used for protection and to increase the effectiveness.
